There’s a saying that goes something like this;
“The dumbest question is the one that doesn’t get asked.”
I remember being in a maths class back at school when I was about 12 years old.
The teacher had set us some work to do during the class, some sort of problem solving task.
The trouble was…
I had absolutely no idea what I was doing.
So I just sat there and pretended to be working
which was all well and good
until he called me up to show him what I had done (which was literally nothing)
HE WENT BALLISTIC!
Not because I hadn’t done anything, but because I had just sat there in silence and not asked for help.
How was he to know I didn’t understand if I didn’t say anything?
The same is true for you my friend.
You have this condition. Diabetes.
And you’ve been told you have to lose weight, exercise more and eat healthier,
but no one has actually told you anything more than that (if they have even told you this much).
I get it.
It can be so confusing, trying to eat better, but everyone is telling you to eat different things.
Or you’ve heard about HbA1c, but you don’t see how that differs from blood sugar.
I’m sure you have plenty of questions.
But if I don’t know what you’re struggling with or confused about,
then I don’t know what you need right now to help you improve.
Of course in my programme you have unlimited email contact with me
and also two one-to-one sessions per month
which means I can be there all the time to guide you and advise you.
Which of course will get you much faster results.
You can of course apply to work with me here;

But in the mean time I’d really like to hear what you’re struggling with right now.
