If you are a new customer you will be required to make full payment in advance of your first chargeable appointment.
To make a booking you can use the “book online” button above where you can pay online, or you can call us on 07825 418481 or email us at email@example.com. If you are making a booking by phone or email we will contact you to take payment once your booking has been arranged.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment but please give us more than 24 hours’ notice. We can then refund you or apply the payment to you next appointment. If you cancel or rearrange less than 24 hours from your appointment, or fail to attend, we will not be able to refund your payment.

Some health insurance policies will allow you (the patient) to claim back payments you’ve made for your treatments. In these instances we can provide you with a receipt with all the necessary details.
However we are NOT accepting insurance policies that require us to claim back our fees from the insance companies. Our reasons for this are twofold; firstly, it requires too much admin work that prevents us from spending time better elsewhere, and secondly the insurance companies only reimburse us a fraction of what we charge. For these two reasons it doesn’t make sense for us to continue to work with these companies.
