How Can Ashley Help You?
Having been a healthcare practitioner for many years, Ashley has seen people with all sorts of health conditions and injuries and knows what pain and frustration they are going through. This experience means that Ashley has most likely seen people in a similar situation to you now; in pain, physical discomfort of suffering with chronic health conditions.
In fact, many members of Ashley’s family suffer from health conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes and chronic inflammatory conditions as well as various injuries, so Ashley sees how these things can affect people in their daily life and how pain can really restrict peoples’ quality of life.
Ashley has always had an interest in health and fitness and has always been involved in sport throughout school, uni and even now in sports such as Rugby, Swimming, Martial Arts, Triathlon and Weight training. Ashley reckons that if he wasn’t involved so much in sport, his love of biscuits and cakes would have got the better of him by now!
There was never a defining moment when Ashley decided to become an osteopath but his family had always been to see one on a regular basis and swore by its effects. Ashley has had many injuries through doing sports so knows how it feels to have back pains, shin splints, dislocated joints and torn muscles.
