So… I closed the Precision Wellbeing clinic last year, after nearly 9 years of being open.
I learned a lot, met so many lovely people and have made some great memories. But I don’t regret it.
Balance in life is important and I wasn’t getting that running a business. Now I can spend more time with family and not have to juggle between business and home.
So what does this mean for Precision Wellbeing?
Well there is no more clinic and no other members of staff, so it’s just me, Ashley.
This means there’s no point keeping the website talking about “us” or “what WE do” as it’s just me. So that’s why so far in this blog post I’ve used “I” a lot more.
It also means I can take this website in whatever direction I want and I feel like just making this more of a personal blog, journaling my experiences as a practitioner, sharing my thoughts and whatever else I feel may be of interest to you and other readers out there.
So I hope you will join me on this journey of health, wellbeing and self-improvement.
If there’s anything you would like to learn about, read about or are simply just interested in please let me know.
Speak soon,
Ashley
