I’d like to start by wishing you a very Happy New Year from us here at Precision Wellbeing and I’d also like to just say Thank You for being a part of us in some way, whether you came for a one off treatment or you’re one of our regulars.
Thank you, we appreciate you.
However, what we don’t appreciate, (and I’m sure you’ll agree with me on this one) is the amount of weight we’ve put on over the Festive period!
Did you enjoy yourself a little bit too much too?
Maybe you’re now on a health kick to get yourself back in shape?
Well if you are, then read on because I have some valuable tips for you.
If you’re already in great shape then just send this to someone else.
Now is the time when most people decide to get in shape and they start with intense vigor…
Only for their motivation to fizzle out within a couple of weeks.
TIP: Get clear on what it is you want to achieve. Don’t just say you want to get fitter and lose some weight; that’s not specific enough.
How much weight do you want to lose (or gain in some people’s cases)?
What do you want to look like?
How do you want to feel?
TIP: Walk before you run.
I understand you want fast results, but going to the gym 7 days a week will only result in one thing.
Injury.
Start with no more than 3 sessions a week to begin with.
TIP: Find someone else with the same goals as you and do it together.
Being on a diet on your own is no fun at all.
Neither is working out on your own.
Find someone else just like you who you can go through the process with you.
They will motivate you when you’re struggling and you will motivate them when they are struggling.
Or even better; join a group.
TIP: Keep You Nutrition Super Simple
With there being so many diets out there it’s easy to get confused about which one to follow.
Eat natural food, full of vegetables that cover the colours of the rainbow.
Cut out processed food and feed your body real nutritious ingredients.
No more sweets, biscuits, alcohol or fried foods.
TIP: Exercise with others.
Personal training is undoubtedly the best way to get results.
You’re spending an hour one to one with an expert who is sharing with you their knowledge and experience.
And if you follow their advice you’ll get results.
But for some people, it’s too expensive and they can’t get motivated in between sessions.
Maybe you’re thinking the same thing; you’d love a personal trainer but it’s not practical.
Well for this reason Small Group Training is the answer.
For the price of 3 personal training sessions you can get 12 group training sessions
and train with other people just like you.
