As well as your personal trainer our team is made up of osteopaths who can advise with your injuries, a functional medicine practitioner and dietician who can help with your health conditions or nutrition and even podiatrists who can help with foot issues. We really do have all bases covered.

How Much Does Personal Training Cost?
If you are wanting individual appointments for rehabilitation, technique coaching or programme design our sessions are £50 per hour.
If you want to achieve physical results such as weight loss, strengthening injuries or fitness then we offer bulk packages or monthly direct debit options.
The reason we don’t offer individual sessions for result based goals is because it is simply impossible to get good results in a single session. Results need consistency.
