The fees of an osteopath doesn’t necessarily reflect how good they are or how quickly you will improve.
An osteopath’s fees are usually change depending on the area they are working in and the expenses they need to cover for their rent. Central London prices will be considerably higher than prices outside of London for example.
Osteopaths’ fees will often be higher than many other therapists due to their in depth knowledge and extensive level of training they have to go through.
More experienced osteopaths sometimes charge higher prices than recent graduates because they have more experience. However this doesn’t mean they are better than a recent graduate. Recent graduates will most likely have more up to date knowledge.
The most important thing here is that you find an osteopath who you feel comfortable with and who is in a location convenient near to where you live or work. There is no point going to see the most expensive osteopath if you don’t feel comfortable with them.
