Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
We are excited to say that we are reopening the clinic from Monday 1st June but naturally things will be different for a while so if you can spare a moment please read this page.
Hygiene
Hygiene has always been important to us but we have taken extra measures around the clinic. As you walk in to the clinic there will be a station where you can apply anti-bacterial gel as well as numerous anti-bacterial gels located around the clinic for you to use.
We have increased our regular spraying and wiping of all frequently touched areas throughout the day as an additional precaution. These include the doorbell, door handles, taps, equipment, stair railings and flat surfaces.
In addition to the regular cleaning of our treatment couches we have also removed the couch covers as an extra precaution.
Scheduling an appointment
You can now schedule an appointment by calling us or booking online and most of us are back to our usual schedules.
Personal Protective Equipment
We are following the guidelines set out by government guidelines our professional associations.
– Masks will be worn by all manual therapists (osteopaths, massage therapists and podiatrists) due to the close proximity of patients and practitioners.
– Gloves may or may not be worn by the practitioners but hands and forearms are washed thoroughly after each appointment if gloves are not worn.
– Plastic aprons will be worn by all manual therapists (osteopaths, massage therapists and podiatrists)
Payments
We are able to accept card payments as well as cash. You are now also able to pay when booking online.
