I can’t remember the last time I met someone who who found weight loss easy.
In theory it is easy.
Or at least that’s what the “experts” tell us;
“Just eat less and exercise more” they say.
“It’s all about calorie control”.
If it was that easy we’d all be skinny wouldn’t we?
Maybe… but we would all be miserable from it too!
Weight Loss Is Not A One-Size-Fits-All Approach

If you are 19 or 55 they still tell you the same things.
Don’t you find it a bit insulting?
The body is a clever and very complex machine which will do it’s best to stay the same.
It is as intelligent as you are, so it needs to be treated with care and respect and not like a naughty child.
If you want to lose weight you need to nurture it, not starve it.
Losing weight requires an understanding of how food affects your body (your hormones, your blood sugar levels, your digestion and so on).
As you get older you will find it harder to lose weight than you did when you were in your teens and twenties.
The diets that worked for you back then will not work for you now.

When doing my research for this group, I asked my current clients what they thought of the other groups they have been to.
Many find the groups patronising, intimidating or embarrassing.
Some thought the advice was too complicated or there were too many rules or foods that were banned.
Others felt that the advice being given out wasn’t coming from people who were qualified to give the advice.

How Does The Precision Wellbeing Weight Loss Club Work
Through years of experience ew have taken what works and gotten rid of what doesn’t.
We work with you step by step to make simple and sustainable improvements to your diet and lifestyle.
Our nutritional advice is completely tailored to you depending on what works best for you.
Every person is different and will need a varying amount of each (protein, fat and carbohydrate).
But the aim is to feed the body the nutrients it needs in order to allow the body to get rid of unneccessary fat.
Each session will run for an hour. You will be free to come and go as you please. You can come just to get weighed or you can come and ask us questions or mix with other people.

Price: £96 for a 12 week course.
This will run in 12 week blocks and new members can only join at the start of a new 12 week intake.
